Welcome to Art by the Bay

Join us

Join the Art by the Bay Festival and be part of our 25th anniversary celebration, July 7th, 8th and 9th, 2017 in Historic Downtown Stanwood, Washington. Inspired by the landscape and buoyed by community spirit, the artists of Stanwood and Camano Island gather annually. Artists from "Art Triangle" of Portland/Spokane/Vancouver, B.C. are all invited to be a part of this community event.

With more than 6,500 art enthusiasts, the East end of downtown Stanwood will be bustling this season.

The event is enlivened by:

  • more than 100 vendor booths
  • live music
  • roaming street performers
  • a beer & wine garden
  • “Kids Discover Art” area
  • food booths
  • a grape stomping contest
  • costume contest
  • the local Farmer’s Market on the festival’s opening day

Calling all Artists

Art by the Bay Festival moved location last year to be more central in the historic downtown of Stanwood, a friendly town with a bustling arts community. More than 100 artists, juried in by peer review, brought their works from throughout the Northwest. We’re calling all artists to submit their applications for the 2017 25th anniversary event. Learn more here about the event, its organization, and the benefits to you as an artist or vendor.

You want to be a sponsor? Why, yes you can! We're grateful for the many ways our community supports Art by the Bay Festival. Volunteers and financial sponsors are critical to our success. Learn more here

We are also accepting applications for vendors and food concessionaires. Thank you for being a part of Art by the Bay Festival!
